CCR was established over a game of Monopoly and two bottles of Pimms alongside an Olympic sized pool during a heatwave in the summer of 2009. The exact coordinates were 37°48′49″S 144°57′47″E. At least one of the principals was wearing Bermuda shorts. One was eating a Peters Monaco Ice-Cream (there are still dark chocolate stains on the original Moleskin notes). Another was doing backstroke laps and missed the entire meeting.
